We are a small specialty company made up of talented, experienced people that have a passion for the guitar and fretted instruments. We're not trying to sell a billion instruments so we have low overhead and the time to pay attention to the many important details that make a good instrument. That attention to detail makes our instruments look, play, perform and sound great. Quality that will stand up against the test of time at an affordable price.

Each instrument is carefully inspected. |
Many small but important details, like tightening the tuning gears for example are done to avoid future problems for the customer. |

fitting and smoothing out the rough edges of the new saddle. |

Another example of attending to details; rounding off the edges in the bridge holes eliminating future problems with string breakage. |
Leveling and dressing frets necessary for smooth, low playing action |
Adjusting the action and setting the intonation on every electric. |
Adjusting the action and setting the intonation on every bass |
Installing a strap button on every acoustic. |
High quality strap buttons are used to keep the strap from coming off. |
A factory fresh set of american made D'addario strings goes on every instrument. |
Every neck is adjusted through it's truss rod. Factoring in future changes in climate, etc. help avoid "action" problems in the future. |
Bass necks are under a lot of tension so the truss rod adjustment is very important. |
Finally after all the work is done and the instrument is tested a set-up check list is completed and attached. Important reminders on caring for the instrument are also included on the hangtag and owner's sheet. |
